Pi Day is here! #FrayLife brings you the best deals, freebies and celebrations in the area for the mathematical holiday (and perfect excuse to eat pie). Careful not to go overboard–too much pi will give you a large circumference.
Before challenging your friends to see who can draw the best circle or recite the most digits of pi, be sure to check out these local Pi Day deals around DC. Read on to find out where to get free coffee, discounted circular fare and even catch a free concert. Unlike pi, though, these deal won’t go on forever.
Pie Sisters in Georgetown will honor the irrational number by offering free coffee between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m., plus 10 percent off any in-store purchase. Choose between a variety of sweet, savory and specialty pies on their menu.

Here comes the bride! Keeping with the Pi Day tradition they started in 2015, &pizza will once again host pop-up weddings and vow renewals in their store (not to mention front the bill). &pizza is providing selected lucky couples with a ceremony, flowers, photography and food and drinks.
Dyllan’s Raw Bar Grill will be offering a three-course, prix fixe menu that includes a circular appetizer, entree, dessert AND a preselected glass of wine (Pi-not Noir or Pi-not Grigio, of course) for $31.40. Diners have a choice between key lime pie or apple crumble pie.
