DC Fray & Chipotle Host Most Successful Social Sports BOGO Promotion in History

Nearly $3,000 Raised to Benefit DC Public Schools

Washington DC – (August 1, 2017) – On Wednesday, July 26, DC Fray, Washington DC’s premier coordinator of social sports leagues and events, teamed up with Chipotle Mexican Grill for a buy-one, get-one promotion to raise money for D.C. Public Schools.

Thanks to overwhelming support from DC Fray players and the entire DMV community, DC Fray is excited to announce that a total of 2,889 BOGOs were sold during the day of the promotion- making it the most successful Social Sports BOGO event in the history of Chipotle.

“We’re beyond thrilled that we were able to partner with Chipotle and rally our community for such an important cause,” said Robert Kinsler, Founder & CEO of DC Fray. “It’s awesome to be part of the biggest BOGO day Chipotle has ever done, but it’s even better knowing the impact our work will make around our local community.”

As part of this promotion, DC Fray will be donating $1 for every BOGO sold to D.C. Public Schools, including H.D. Cooke Elementary School, Jefferson Middle School and Marie Reed Elementary School.

With 2,889 BOGOs sold, that means nearly $3,000 will be given to local schools throughout the community to help support kids in need.
