Pride Yoga Brunch presented by Mission Lofts

We have partnered the Mission Lofts and Balance Gym to help you close out your Pride month with a zen mind.
Join us on Saturday, June 27th, at 10 a.m. EST for an online yoga social experience.

Our yoga social is the perfect to kick off your Saturday morning. Balance Gym has provided a certified yoga instructor to lead a one hour yoga session via Zoom. We’ll take the first 10 minutes to chat with other yogis and settle in. Balance Gym’s instructor will then lead us in 60 minutes of yoga, perfect for all skill levels.

For anyone who wants to ask questions or chat with the instructor or Fray host after is welcome to do so! This is also a chance to meet other yogis and stay fit in a more social environment. Optional: throw in a brunch drink of your choice at the end!

To help support our yoga instructors, participants can also choose to tip their instructor via Venmo after!


$7 per yogi


1 hour yoga session with a Balance Gym certified yoga instructor
20-30 minutes social before and after to ask questions and chat with others
A chance to work out in a safe and social setting


Michael Joel Hall has been practicing yoga for almost twenty years and loves sharing his passion. As the director of DC Ashtanga, a traditional toga school for a modern world, he keeps focus on the holistic nature of practice– fitness that’s physical, emotional, and personal. He loves helping people find their on-ramp to the life-changing pursuit of yoga!
