FAQ’s

What should I wear?

Dress cool: lightweight, light-colored, even moisture-wicking clothes. Comfortable shoes and of course, sun protection: hats, sunscreen, and sunglasses. Consider bringing a light jacket you can use in case of rain or chilly evenings.

Where do my tickets grant me access to?

Your tickets guarantee you a reserved seat in the stadium as well as access to all outer courts. Outer court seating is on a first come, first served basis. Your ticket includes all ATP and WTA matches.

Is the stadium handicap accessible?

Yes! There are four handicap-seating areas located in the lower level of the stadium. There is also handicap parking available on-site with state-issued plates or permits, as well as wheelchair ramps and wheelchair accessible restrooms located around the stadium

What can I bring into the stadium?

Each person is allowed to bring one bag into the tennis center. The bag can have only one compartment and one strap (such as a tote or messenger bag) – aka no backpacks. You’re allowed to bring a very limited amount of food and one unopened, see-through plastic water bottle up to 1 liter or one empty non-see-through water container of the same size.

What is prohibited from the stadium?

Firearms, noisemakers, alcohol, glass, coolers, cans, and hard containers such as thermoses and picnic baskets are prohibited. No large banners, flags, or tennis rackets, either. Additionally, continual use of laptop computers or other handheld electronic devices is not allowed.

When do matches typically end?

We say the event goes until the matches end as there is no designated time for this. They can sometimes go until midnight.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

All sales are final. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be given for any no-shows on the day. When you purchase a ticket, you also assume the risk of weather-related cancellation or postponement.
